it's been a challenging-chock-full emotional week...but, i feel i'm coming out of it, thanks to the best friends, little miss cuddles and some solid self-care.
i also fired up the donated i-phone (love you, em) and here are some goodies from the
last week...
1.) music selection...tune-yards/who kill, bob dylan/the freewheelin' bob dylan,
townes van zandt/rear view mirror, the love language/libraries and
the cave singers/welcome joy
2.) oatmeal goodness...trader joe's quick oats, blueberries, banana, toasted walnuts, soy milk and a wee bit o' maple syrup. yummmmmmmmmmmmy.
