a splendid day...
today was a beautiful, sunny seattle day. i honestly can't remember the last time that i had a birthday with such great weather. truly. in the past, i've had snowy or rainy birthdays (minus the one where we went to disneyworld when i was eight). so, today felt especially wonderful. here's to a new year ahead. i feel good about it, folks...
